Please obtain you Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before sending any product to SolaCom.
Once you submit this form, please do not ship the product to us until you receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. You can use this number to track your instrument while it is in for service. If you do not receive a follow-up call or if this is an urgent issue, please contact our Customer System Support & Services Centre.
SolaCom offers expedited service for many repairs, available at an additional charge. If you would like to receive expedited service, please indicate your choice below. If you have multiple items, please detail each in the Notes section.
