Solacom training is available on the following topics:

  • Operator Workstation Training – typically a half day course that teaches telecommunicators how to use their new Guardian Intelligent Workstation
  • System Administrator Training – a one day course that covers how to perform the administration settings that define system performance, security, profiles for users and customization options.
  • System Engineering & Maintenance Training – a week-long in depth course that includes how to configure the system as well as how to maintain and troubleshoot the equipment
